Frequently Asked Questions
What size garments can you print?
All adult and youth sizes are available. Please note that 2XL sizes are $2 more, 3XL sizes are $3 more
What kind of designs can you do?
We can create or reproduce almost anything. Whether you have a specific idea for what type of artwork you’d like, or if you have no clue but you know you want t-shirts, we can help you!
How do you determine pricing?
Our pricing is based on what apparel you select, how many items you print on, how many colors of ink are used, how many locations you print, meaning if you print on the front only or on the front and back or sleeve.
Do you provide proofs?
We provide art design free of charge and will provide you with an electronic proof to make sure everything is exactly the way you want it before we print. We do not start a project until you approve the proof. When artwork has previously been created, proofs are used to ensure that the artwork we have received is the same as artwork the customer wants to be imprinted.
What is the turn-around time?
Right after the proof is approved, the items will be done in 7-10 business days. Rush orders for less than 5 days are 25% of the total invoice.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
What happens if I want to reorder?
You can reorder anytime, we keep all artwork on file. There is a $10.00 reorder fee per screen added onto the final price.
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes, we do.
How much do products shrink?
This varies for different products and fabric types. All of the products available take into account the shrinkage factor and are made to fit after washing. As a precaution, follow the prescribed recommendations on the tag.
What is your return policy?
Damaged products may be returned for exchange or money back within ten days of receipt. All other sales are final.
What kind of file do you need for screen-printing?
For screen-printing, you need to send us a vector file. Preferably an .eps, .cdr, or .ai. CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator are popular applications for screen-printing art.
What if I don’t have the artwork saved in a vector format?
We can do your artwork on-site and make it suitable for print.
